Monday, Monday, Monday

Good morning, world. It’s another beautiful, sunny, CHILLY, day in Oklahoma City. I love how the forecast calls for 80 degree days, yet when I come outside for my break, it’s freakin 60something degrees and I’m wearing shorts. Thank goodness I have a jacket. It’s actually a cross between a snuggie and an afghan blanket with tassles. Lol. I may have to post a picture. It’s fairly warm and comfy. I bring it outside with me so I can lay on the grass, which I really want to do right now, but the grass is still wet and I’m already cold, so laying on the wet grass wouldn’t be the best idea.

Anywho, it’s been a few days since I last wrote. It’s amazing how life just takes off and a few days pass without you noticing. Well, we notice the days passing, we just don’t realize how quickly they pass. We say ‘tomorrow, tomorrow’ and before we can blink, it’s been two weeks. Crazy how that happens.

So, just a short rundown of my life this past week, I went to both of my institute classes. I actually started a blog about institute yesterday. When I get home from work and the gym, I’ll have to finish it. We’ll see if I do. I have about a million other things I need to do tonight, too.

You know, with both institute classes, my writing class, my job, the gym and my calling, I really  don’t have time for much else. Before this all started, I used to sit there and think about what a non-life I had. Now, though, its like I hardly have time to breathe. But, I love it. I love being busy and having things to do. I love how when the end of the week comes, I feel like I’ve accomplished stuff and done meaningful things.

So, back to my original topic. Lol. Institute was great. I really love Elder and Sister Enos. They are just good people. They’re always smiling and laughing and bringing so much positively to each class. Personally, I don’t do well with negativity. It just irritates me. I can understand needing to vent or have a down moment/day, but when it’s a constant thing, I can’t be around those people. They take for granted all the beautiful and wonderful things in the world and completely disregard the blessings they do have. So, it’s really nice to be taught by the Enos’ twice a week and just be around that positive and enthusiastic energy. And you can totally see how much they each love the Gospel. All the preparation and dedication to these classes, how can anyone not see? I’m so thankful I get to be in two classes that they teach. They’ve really blessed my life and helped me learn so much. I can wait to go back each week and learn more.

Well, my break is over. Back to work. I will try to write more tonight, but we’ll see what all is going on. I think I need a personal assistant. Lol
